Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to determine the extent to which the secondary students are having achievement in mathematics well structured questionnaire was administered among the secondary student. Initially the tool was constructed with statements posing questions which cover the topic in various dimensions. To standardize the tool the researcher used item discrimination index and item difficulty value test and finally retained statements for final study. This paper discuss about the development of the tool to measure the achievement in mathematics among secondary students.
