EFFECT OF AEROBIC EXERCISE ON MOTOR QUALITIES AMONG COLLEGE  WOMEN by Kusuma C.Shamanur[1] and Dr.Rajkumar P.Malipatil[2]

Abstract

For the present study 30 adult women from Manyatha PU College Harihar. Were selected at simple random & their age ranged from 16 to 18 years. The researcher divided the 30 adults into two equal groups on the basis of the mean performance of pre-test score. The groups were equated and distributed into two group namely1) Experimental Group2) Control Group. The data was collected before and after training. The data was analyzed by applying Analysis of Co-Variance (ANCOVA) technique to find out the effect of aerobic exercise training programme. The level of significance was set at 0.05.

The findings of the present study have strongly indicates that aerobic exercise training effect on selected Motor qualities variables i.e., Speed and Standing broad jump of college women’s. Hence the hypothesis earlier set that aerobic exercise training programme would have been significant effect on selected aerobic exercise training variables in light of the same the hypothesis is accepted. Thus it is concluded that there are significant effect of aerobic exercise training was effect on motor qualities among college women.
