Abstract
Decision making is one of the key skills required for all to progress. All individuals in the world do not making the right decisions always and many struggle to make right decisions at right time. The skill of decision making may differ from person to person. In this present study the investigators aim to probe the difficulties involved in making career decision among students. For the purpose, the researchers employed 190 sample selected randomly from two districts of Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. The paper presents the levels of difficulties the adolescent students face in making career decisions.
