IMPACT OF CONDUCIVE ENVIRONMENT ON EDUCATIONAL ETHOS IN SCHOOLS By  Rai Poonam Vinod Kumar

Abstract

The concept of learning facilitates out of social relationships when teachers and students interact with each other both formally and informally. Schools are the places for the whole community of learners, including both students and teachers. For the effective educational process within schools it is imperative for the environment to be quite conducive to learning. Also for its smooth accomplishment the students should have space and time to interact within the learning and teaching process. Thus, creating and maintaining stimulating learning environments can be achieved through effective classroom set up. Also at the same time it should be interactive so that whole school exhibits and displays a climate of innovation. Remarkably the learning is directly linked with stimulants available in schools. The researches show that, especially the Teacher’s behaviour, good infrastructural facilities as well as excursions were found out to be major sentiments in the schools for students whereas the methods of teaching like conducting activities, discussions, and demonstrations were also considered as and prominent factors attracting students
