The study is a pragmatic approach to find whether change in the teaching method for example Multimedia presentation reduces Test Anxiety and Examination stress. The study further extended to find the impact of the Neurotransmitter Acetylcholine that is associated with learning and memory through Multimedia presentation. For concentration, mental sharpness and memory, it requires the production of acetylcholine. It is known to elevate mood, increase memory, increase intelligence and physical energy. Stress naturally makes more forgetful, performance whether one adopts a test anxiety or examination stress perspective; they have both been associated with a negative impact on academic performance. From the investigation it has been clearly understood that there is a relationship existing between Examination stress, Test anxiety and Academic achievement with that of the Neurotransmitter Acetylcholine which has been proved.
