Abstract

Collaboration is a viewpoint of incorporation where individuals are liable for their activities, including knowledge and respect the capabilities and influences of their peers. In collaborative learning, more accountability is shared among the learners. In a frequently varying environment, having life skills is a significant part of being able to meet the challenges of everyday life. A systematic collaborative learning system involves improvements in certain skills like positive interdependence, interpersonal skills, monitoring and processing of group functioning and individual accountability. It Promotes Self-Analysis, It Results in Problem Solving, Pooling of Talent and Strengths, Development of Employee Skills etc. So the relevance of collaborative learning in the present situations this paper discusses Collaborative Learning – An Essential Partnership Skill for Students in the 21st Century.
