Abstract
Children are the future of the nation as well as of the world. National and international goals of development cannot be achieved after leaving the enormous population of children behind. Therefore, children have entitled some rights by national and international bodies. Present paper categorizes those rights into positive and negative rights and discusses it in accordance with the Constitution of India as well as the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
