In the present study the investigator made an attempt to study the effect of certain select factors relating to meta-cognitive learning strategies of adult learners pursuing equivalency programme in Kerala. Descriptive survey method was adopted for the study. The sample consist 489 adult learners and statistical technique used for the study were Pearson’s Product moment coefficient correlation. Result indicates that there exists a significant positive relationship between ‘meta-cognitive learning strategies’ and independent variables- related to adult learners pursuing equivalency programme.
