Abstract
Teachers play crucial roles in the field of education and into the lives of every new generation. They are key drivers who play crucial roles in technology integration in the schools and classrooms. It is important for them to possess positive computer attitudes since attitudes has been found to be linked to usage and intention to use, variables that determine successful technology integration in education. The present study was conducted to study and access the attitude of school teachers towards information and communication technology. For this purpose sample of 210 secondary teachers from district Mandi of Himachal Pradesh was taken through simple random sampling technique. To find out the significance of difference between the various groups ‘t’ test was applied. Results indicated that gender-wise, locality-wise, school teachers differed significantly whereas type of school in which they are serving, teachers do not differ significantly in their attitude towards information and communication technology.
